Summary: M360 was contracted to renovate the existing office space of Paychex Los Angeles #81 while the office remained 75% occupied with employees. The scope of work consisted of constructing new offices, a conference room, specialty work rooms and replacement of all ceilings throughout the space. Additionally the existing reception area, lunch room and training room received upgraded finish face-lifts. M360 successfully met the challenges of completing this complex project without any disruption to the daily activities of the office.
